Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received for cancellation of products after the product activation will not be considered for cancellation.

Refund Policy:

No refund will be given if student cancels the order or the faculty rejects the order due the any reason.

  • Once the DVD/USB/ SD card is activated, students shall not be eligible for refund. 
  • Application for refund/Replacement has to be made within 15 days from receipt of product.  After verification of claim, Atharva Online shall  refund the amount after deducting the courier charges, only if the product is received within 15 days. If not, Atharva Online shall deduct an amount of 50% of the total amount paid. All the replacements shall be at the  sole discretion of Atharva Online.
  • Refund shall be made only in case of genuine reasons and at the sole discretion of Atharva Online. Buyers will have no right to demand refund.
  • No refund will be allowed under any other circumstances whatsoever, including software getting corrupted due to virus/malware in the computer system of the student.
  • In case of refund,a courier cost of Rs. 500/- shall be deducted from total refundable amount
  • Refund will be initiated, once we receive the product
  • Refund procedure will take a minimum of 7 working days time.
  • In Case the student has availed any discount offer, he shall not be eligible for any refunds, except for damaged or wrong product.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returninig your product. Shipping costs are non refundable if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
